About Us

How it all started

Chester Rose Hampshire was established to work with successful busy individuals in order to help them determine their lifetime goals and then create a framework around these that gives them the best opportunity of achieving their objectives.

The business has evolved so that it now offers a comprehensive suite of solutions that address a number of the common problems that are experienced by high net worth individuals and small to medium business owners, as outlined within Your Financial Focus™ and Your Corporate Focus™

We believe that life planning is crucial in helping to turn dreams and ambitions into reality, with financial confidence and understanding playing an important part in achieving this.

Our Philosophy

Over the years, we have developed and ‘fine-tuned’ a life planning model that follows a step-by-step process to determine your aspirations and objectives. This model enables you to fully engage, recognise and address what is truly important in life.

We passionately believe that the most suitable advice can only be given when time and effort has been invested in getting to know you, what you are trying to achieve, the purpose of your objectives and, most importantly, your values.

Once we understand your aspirations, we work with you to create a plan that fulfils your objectives. This often opposes mainstream advisers whose primary focus is to promote and sell products, which we believe presents a risk that you may not receive the most appropriate solution for your circumstances.

We pride ourselves on fully understanding your objectives before any recommendations, giving you trust in us, confidence in your options and once you understand them fully, you are then able to make decisions with confidence.

What to expect

Our business and all we do is structured around these three words and helping you have…

Clarity

  • Where are you now?
  • Where do you want to go?
  • How do you want your landscape to look on your journey?

Understanding

  • How can you achieve your financial objectives?
  • What changes need to happen, if any.

Confidence

  • A robust and structured plan that is reviewed regularly.

Your client journey

Your needs are fully explored before we look at solutions. Any advice we give is never generic and always bespoke and appropriate to your particular circumstances.

Your financial journey will be explained using our simple six-step model - so we maintain a familiar and simple pattern of speech and ensure you understand our service offering and fees at all time, while securing the benefits to you and your family of the decisions you are making.

Our goal, is that you have total clarity and therefore a full understanding of what is happening at every stage, so that you have confidence in your choices and our service.

Our People

Our Literature

Wherever possible we ensure there is consistency in the documents that we provide to our clients for each of the solutions we have created. These are generally:

  • An Introduction document that outlines the specific solution and would normally include a scorecard and questions to enable us to establish how relevant that particular service is to our clients.

  • A Key Concepts document that reiterates the specific solution, demonstrating the benefits it will bring to our clients and also clearly outlines the steps that are included within the process itself.

  • Information documents that provide an overview of what we will be doing, the people within our business that will be involved in the process so that clients have a clear method of contact and also a simplified overview of what Chester Rose Hampshire and the client will have to do within the process to include guideline timings involved.

We also have a number of ‘Guide to’ documents to assist with the completion of any of the paperwork that may be required to implement our solutions.

We continually try to simplify all processes and reduce paperwork wherever possible, although we are often working in complex areas where detail is paramount to maximise the outcomes for our clients. We do, however, try and take as much of the pain away with any necessary paperwork by completing this wherever possible for and with our clients.

Where possible, and where it suits you, we opt for digital signatures in order to expedite the process and remove the need to print and physically hand sign (wet sign) documents. Please note that some UK providers of financial products and services still do not legally accept digital signature and as such we are required to request ‘wet signature’. Your understanding is appreciated in these circumstances.
